Privacy Policy
Last updated July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Cagefile collects and how we use it. Cagefile is operated from Florida, United States.
1. Information we collect
Account information: your organization name, email address, and a securely hashed password. Usage data: the fighters you save, searches you run, notes you write, and basic logs needed to operate the Service. Billing information: handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe); we never see or store full card numbers.
2. How we use it
To provide and improve the Service, authenticate you, deliver saved-search alerts and transactional email, process subscriptions, and protect against abuse. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Fight data
The fighter records in Cagefile are aggregated from public sources and are not personal information about you. They are used to power ratings, predictions, and reports.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (payment processing, email delivery, hosting, and AI report generation), and where required by law. Data you save is visible to other logins within your own organization.
5. Third-party processors
We use Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and an LLM provider (AI scouting reports). Fighter and matchup data sent for report generation is not used to identify you.
6. Security and retention
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data and retain it while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
7. Your choices
You can update your account details, turn off saved-search alerts, and request access to or deletion of your data at any time.
8. Children
The Service is for business use and not directed to anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the revised date will be posted here.
